Extension of the RGC support for tourism businesses impacted by COVID-19

I would like to thank the Royal Government of Cambodia who extended until the end of the year their support to the tourism sector, in particular by the $40 monthly state benefit for all employees working in tourism, and the exemption of all kinds of monthly taxes, including the payment of patent tax, tax on commercial name, postponement of the full audit for 2020 by the General Department of Taxation, and suspension of seniority payment. Many thanks also to the Cambodia Tourism Federation and its Chairman Luu Meng for unifying all the voices of our industry and for succeeding in getting a positive answer to his request letter which you can read below.
