September is often a moment for new beginnings: new school terms, a new season (in some parts of the world), and new harvests meaning fresh new foods. We’re celebrating that at Malis with a special menu devoted to lamb, which blends one of the West’s favourite meats with Cambodia’s unique touch and flavours. Our Executive Chefs put a lot of thought and creativity into putting together these menus, and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we did. And we hope to see you soon.
