Welcome to the September edition of Thalias Newsletter where we hope you’ll discover a little more of what we’ve been up to recently and what we plan to get up to soon. We’re celebrating that at Malis with a special menu devoted to lamb, which blends one of the West’s favourite meats with Cambodia’s unique touch and flavours. Our Executive Chefs put a lot of thought and creativity into putting together these menus, and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we did. And we hope to see you soon.
