Situated nearby the Post office in the heart of Phnom Penh’s historical district, the SOSORO Museum narrates 2,000 years of Cambodia’s history through a modern and interactive display. Whether you are passionate about history and economy or simply interested in Cambodia’s past and present you will enjoy discovering our exhibition through a state-of-the-art museography enriched with video documentaries, touch screens and even games to test your knowledge.
Besides the permanent exhibition covering two floors of its massive heritage building, SOSORO premises include a library, a boutique and a coffee-shop located in the charming Preah Ang Duong garden where stands a hundred-year-old tree.
Visitors can enter the Museum main building from street 106 or through the garden entrance on street 102, nearby the Post office.
SOSORO is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Ticket fee is 4,000 riels for Cambodian visitors; 20,000 riels for foreigners; 2,000 riels for students of all nationalities.
Dedicated guides are available for group tours. Visitors are invited to abide by the ongoing sanitary protocols.
