Just one year after opening up Khéma La Poste in Phnom Penh’s postal district, and after months of preparation, I’m proud to say that the newest feather in Thalias’ cap is about to take flight. Khéma Angkor, on the banks of the Siem Reap River, will open its doors on October 16th and we’re looking forward very much to providing the same great food and service that many will recognise from our outlets in Phnom Penh.
Meanwhile, in Phnom Penh the Topaz team is gearing up for another spectacular night of gastronomic delights, and I’m thrilled to be able to welcome Michelin-starred Chef, Philippe Girardon, on October 18. His menu looks stunning and I heartily recommend a read below to see what lies in store.
We don’t stay still here at Thalias. It is part of what keeps our lives rich in friendship, experiences, and wonderful food. I hope to share some of these with you over the coming months.
