This October holds some exciting new beginnings at Thalias, with the the acquisition of Cambodge Mag, the Grand opening of Khéma La Poste, and plans are well underway for another outlet on the riverside in Siem Reap. We’re also very excited about welcoming a new talent for the next edition of Les Étoilés Michelin du Topaz, led by guest chef Guy Lassausaie, who holds not just one but two Michelin stars. We also have a new menu at Khéma Pasteur and Khéma La Poste, with a fresh new approach drawing on wider influences from around the world. Naturally, we still have all the things that we're best at too. I look forward to seeing you there soon!
