From street food to fine dining, Cambodia can boast a rich and ancient culinary culture supported by an abundance of fresh, vibrant, delicious produce. The greatest wonder is that the rest of the world still knows so little about it.

In order to demystify some of Cambodia’s favourite dishes, a beautiful new cookbook prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, The Taste of Angkor, was recently presented at the World Cookbook Exhibition. Read more about it below and share it with your friends all over the world!

We, at Thalias Hospitality, are also playing our part in this tradition, driven by the desire and passion to restore Cambodian cuisine to its former glory and put Cambodia back on the map as a culinary destination. To do so, Malis’ chefs have created not less than four new offers with set menus that will blow your mind. I look forward to seeing you there.

Yours sincerely,
Arnaud Darc,
CEO and Chairman Thalias Hospitality Group

As required, all our venues will be applying necessary health and safety measures, including taking temperatures and asking you to scan the “Stop Covid” QR code before entering the establishment.

And there is more good news: we’re ready to launch a trial version of the Thalias App and the first 500 users to sign up for the testing phase will enjoy a range of benefits and discounts offered exclusively for them. Read more below and sign up here: thalias.online/app.
