I am sure that many of us will be looking forward to the psychological boost that will come with putting 2020 firmly behind us. But if there’s one thing that this time of year teaches it’s that no matter how difficult it has been, we still have each other. We don’t need to be family to share stories and laughter, to offer help, support and encouragement where we can. And we can keep the Christmas spirit of sharing and caring alive within all of us for as long as we want to. All we have to do is believe in it. So I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a steady, positive and prosperous New Year to come.


Whichever way you’re looking to celebrate, our Chefs have really gone the extra mile to prepare celebrations that aim to start the year as we mean to go on. That means lots of delicious, exquisitely prepared food, beautiful settings and the traditional Thalias’ dedication to service.

As you may have noticed, in the far-right corner of Thalias' logo is a bee. This bee represents the hard work that every single member of our staff puts in to making Thalias what it is today. One of the most important elements for us has always been our sense of responsibility towards our employees and our community. It has helped us to foster relationships and loyalty that have real meaning, not only for us personally, but also for the business. It is a key ingredient in our success, and it makes our jobs more fun too.

Today we have decided to pay tribute to some of the 500 Thalias employees; Chefs, General Managers, Executive Assistants, Legal & Compliance Managers... who work incredibly hard with passion, loyalty and skill to ensure that everyone who steps through our doors has the best possible experience. It’s a real joy for us when we can turn the tables to celebrate the ones who make the magic happen.
